Our team carried out electric driver control system based on frequency convertor of sugar mill agro-industrial holding “Astarta-Kiev”

Electric driver control system of sugar mill technological machines

Under the project of “Astarta-Kiev” sugar mill modernization the company “Prisma Electric” has distributed electric driver control system of technological machines of 2 production areas.

«During the working process our company assembled 17 switchboards for engines of different power from 250 kW, Daniil Kozii, deputy sales director, says. – That project was interesting for us because of tight deadlines for our engineers. The assembling of all equipment has been done in 20 days including working process of units produced by different manufacturers. Our customer distributed the converter equipment and our specialists made all assembling works of switchboards. As a result, the customer transferred us the ABB and Siemens frequency convertors and our engineers integrated it into electric driver control system.

Having the same functional facilities equipment of different manufacturers has some special features which were taken into consideration by our engineers during designing and assembling of control switchboards.
