The project of automation of a new plant by agricultural-industrial holding “ASTARTA”

“Prisma Electric” has carried out the automation of process sections` control system of a new processing complex by agro-industrial holding “ASTARTA” in Globino, in Poltava district. At the beginning of 2014 agricultural-industrial holding “ASTARTA” has carried out modern complex of soy processing with 220 thousand tons per year – Globino processing plant. “Prisma Electric” has carried out the automation of process sections of this enterprise.

Sevan Mkrtumian, the chief of automation department of “Prisma Electric”, says: “During long period our company cooperates with leading agro-industrial holdings of Ukraine, and we have realized a lot of great projects like: automation of the biggest European elevator for UkrLandFarming. Our specialists are well experienced in technological features of agricultural processes, with requirements of agricultural enterprises for functions of automatic-control systems.

The automation of complex process sections in the field of soy processing in Globino has become an interesting project during which our specialist have used all knowledge and skills in designing of modern automatic enterprises of agricultural processing.

The design power of Globino processing plant is 160 thousand tons of oil meal, 40 thousand tons of soyaoil and about 10 thousand tons of granulated cover. The complex includes an elevator with capacity of 42 thousand tons.
